A technique to overcome and prevent judgmental thinking in your life.
You might have a voice in your head telling you that what you’re doing is wrong. You might also get the feeling that the people around you are judging you. If it feels that way you could have a problem with being judgmental. The act of judging yourself is only an expression of your subjective opinion. When you think what you’re doing is wrong, someone else might think it’s right. To get over this you need to put in place a habit of objective thinking. Then you’ll stop jumping to conclusions that you’re wrong about something. A good way of staying in an objective mindset is regular meditation. Meditation will bring awareness to the stress that’s been triggering judgements. This awareness is all that’s necessary to lower this stress.
